You'll only be charged for one hour, even if the repairs take longer, as long as they are straightforward.

Parts Ordering: If parts are required and need to be ordered, I'll discuss their prices with you. You'll receive a $50 discount on the second call, with a total cost of $250, plus the part(s).

Beyond Repair: If you decide repairs are too expensive or the appliance is beyond repair, you'll receive a $50 discount on the service call, with a total charge of $100, covering the service call and diagnosis.
