Parts Ordering: When parts are required and not in stock, I'll discuss their prices with you and, upon your agreement, order them without delay. Most parts arrive within 2-3 days, and I use quality OEM parts from reputable suppliers. In this scenario, I'll discount the fee for the second call by $50, and your total cost will be $250, plus the part(s) costs.

Unrepairable or Cost-Prohibitive: In cases where the repairs are too expensive or the unit isn't repairable, I'll reduce the service call fee by $50, and you'll only owe $100 for the diagnosis and evaluation.
