Repair During Service Call: For on-the-spot repairs during the service call, you'll pay a flat fee of $150 plus any necessary parts. Most importantly, I typically only charge for one hour, even if the job takes longer, as long as the repair is straightforward.

Parts Ordering: If your appliance requires parts that need to be ordered, I'll discuss their prices with you upfront. I exclusively use high-quality OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts, often with warranties. You'll also receive a $50 discount on the second visit, and your total cost will be $250 plus the part(s).

Beyond Repair or Costly Repairs: If the appliance is beyond repair or the cost of repairs is too high, you'll receive a $50 discount on the service call, and your total charge will be $100, covering the service call and diagnosis.
